CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS.

MARYLAND, Sc.

At a session of the. General Assembly of Maryland, begun
and held at the City of Annapolis, on the last Monday
of December, being the thirtieth day of said month, in
the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and
thirty-nine, and ended the twenty-first day of March,
one thousand eight hundred and forty.

HIS EXCELLENCY,

WILLIAM GRASON, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,

THE FOLLOWING LAWS WERE ENACTED, TO WIT:

1839.

CHAPTER 1.

A supplement to an act, entitled an act to amend the Con-
stitution and Form of Government, so far as relates to
the division of Allegany county into election districts and
to establish an additional election district.

CHAP. 1.

Passed Mar. 9,
1840.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act passed at December session eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-seven, chapter one hundred and
eighty-three, entitled an act to revise and alter the divi-
sional lines between election districts number one and ten
in Allegany county, and to change the place of holding
elections, be and the same is hereby repealed.

Repealed.
