ASSENTED TO BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARY-
LAND, AT DECEMBER SESSION, A. D. 1839.

No. 1.

Resolution relating to the pay of the Members and Officers
of this General Assembly.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby
authorised to pay to the several members of the present
General Assembly and the officers thereof, or to their res-
pective orders, the several sums of money now due or

the chairman of the committee of claims of the present
House of Delegates.

Resolution granting to Solicitors in Chancery the privi-
leges of the Library.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the privileges of the State Library be extended to the So-
licitors in Chancery during the terms and sessions of that
court, and their attendance thereon.
