Member, Harford County Democratic Central Committee, 1995-98. Delegate, Democratic Party National Convention, 1996. Member, Greater Fallston Democratic Club. Member, American Legion; Maryland National Guard Association; U.S. National Guard Association; The Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad Preservation and Historical Society.
