MARYLAND TASK FORCE ON THE PRINCIPALSHIP

The Maryland Task Force on the Principalship was formed by the State Superintendent of Schools in December 1999. The Task Force was to recommend ways to recruit more principals and improve their training. In June 2000, the Task Force sent its preliminary recommendations to the State Board of Education. In Aug. 2000, the Task Force submitted its final report.
