Under Training Division, abolished in 1998.

CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT UNIT
Under Office of Policy, Strategy, and Information Management, renamed Organizational Development Unit in July 1998.

EMERGENCY OPERATIONS SECTION
Under Field Operations Bureau, renamed Special Operations Division on Jan. 1, 1997.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS UNIT
Under Office of Secretary, merged with Fair Practice Office to form Office of Fair Practice in Feb. 1999.

OFFICE OF POLICY, STRATEGY, & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Reorganized as Office of Professional Responsibility in July 2000, with information management function moving to Communications Services Division.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIT
Under the Office of Policy, Strategy, and Information Management, incorporated into Promotional Standards and Development Unit of the Personnel Command in July 2000.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT DIVISION
Under Administrative Services Bureau, renamed Human Resources Division in 1997.

PLANNING & RESEARCH DIVISION
Reorganized as Office of Budget, Legislation, and Fiscal Administration on Jan. 1, 1997.

SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS SUPPORT SECTION
Under Bureau of Drug and Criminal Enforcement, renamed Special Investigative Services in 1996.

SPECIAL OPERATIONS & SUPPORT SERVICES
Under Bureau of Drug and Criminal Enforcement, renamed Criminal Enforcement Command in Sept. 1998.

SUPPORT SERVICES SECTION
Under Bureau of Drug and Criminal Enforcement, renamed Technical Investigative Services in 1996.
