President, Maryland Chapter, Federal Bar Association. Council member, Tax Section, American Bar Association. Past president, Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL). Author of books and journal articles on tax litigation and related matters. Co-author, Federal Tax Litigation: Civil Practice and Procedure (1985). Adjunct Faculty, University of Baltimore School of Law, and University of Maryland School of Law.
