Served in U.S. Air Force, 1st Lieutenant, 1956-59. University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1964. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1965. Member, Maryland State and Baltimore County Bar Associations. Member, Optimist Club of Towsontowne (past president); Knights of Coumbus.
